  • Managing effective relationships with boards of directors, corporate officers, committees and other governing bodies.

Project, Portfolio and Program Management

  • Providing project management services on a contract basis, including liaising with senior stakeholders.

  • Guiding and increasing the efficiency of project, portfolio and program management teams.

Possesses a demonstrated record of leadership and achievement in organizational engineering, process improvement, strategic planning, change management and corporate governance in environments focused on taking emerging and disruptive innovations from concept through delivery. She is among the thousands of certificants world-wide of Stanford's Advanced Project Management program. Consulting, independent contractor and virtual assistant services are provided remotely from her office.
